The Heart of Rescue: Our Foster Homes
At Circle 2 Rescue, fostering is not just a program — it is the foundation of everything we do. As a completely foster-based organization, we do not have a shelter or physical facility. Every dog we save is welcomed first into a foster home, where they can decompress, feel safe, and begin their journey toward a forever family.
When you foster, you are directly saving a life and making room for the next dog in need.
You Are Never Doing This Alone
We are committed to making your foster experience positive, supported, and rewarding. Every foster home is paired with an experienced Circle 2 Rescue volunteer who will:
- Guide you through each step of the process
- Be available to answer questions and problem-solve with you
- Celebrate milestones and help navigate challenges
We are a small, hands-on rescue, which means you will always have direct support and personal communication — you will never feel like you’re on your own.
Supplies & Financial Support
We strive to remove as many barriers to fostering as possible by providing:
- Crates and puppy pens
- Food (as needed)
- Other essential supplies whenever available
All veterinary care is covered by Circle 2 Rescue. We simply ask that you contact us before taking your foster pet to the vet so we can schedule with one of our trusted partner veterinary clinics and ensure services are authorized and fully covered.
Your Voice Matters
No one knows your foster dog better than you. You see their personality, their routines, their preferences, and what makes them feel safe and happy.
Because of this, your input is essential and deeply valued when it comes to choosing the right adoptive home. You are a key part of making successful, lasting matches.
More Than Saving One Life
Fostering is one of the most meaningful and rewarding ways to be involved in rescue. You are:
- Giving a dog the chance to heal and thrive in a home environment
- Helping us learn what kind of family will be the best fit
- Playing a direct role in a life-changing adoption story
And when that dog moves on to their forever home, you’ve made it possible for us to say “yes” to the next one who needs us.
Together, we save lives. 🐾
